this app sucks lol
I have a new Blackview 11. All4 loads but when I try to watch a programme it says an error has occurred. I have downloaded the app again but same problem. It also keeps saying it doesn't recognise my password but if I change it then it doesn't make any difference, still not recognised. I pay the plus fee, can you help?
The app does not work keeps saying unfortunately all 4 has stopped worked fine on my tablet till recently

Jumps back to the start of the programme on every ad break, on Android app and Windows laptop, on Chromecast. Cleared cache, Android updated. It's a pity because programme content excellent. It's easier to jump back to the right place on the laptop but hard work.
It's okay, apart from frequently restarting episodes when you're already halfway through and then having to watch two extra lots of adverts just to get back to where you were. And the limited subtitles is an issue. I don't know why subtitles aren't available as standard.
